The First Step To Losing Weight…

So you’re overweight.

You’re unhappy.

You’re depressed.

And you want it all to desperately change.

Well, congratulations, you’re in the right place.

Congratulations for taking the first step in making the changes you want to see in your life.

You being here means that you’re ready for a change.

A change in your body.

A change in your well-being.

A change in your overall health.

What you’re going to discover in this post is the start of something you’ve been looking for to finally help you start losing the weight and gaining the confidence and physical freedom you’ve always dreamed of.

In this post, I’m going to reveal to you the very first thing you’re going to have to do in order to finally start losing the weight once and for all.

And believe it or not, it has NOTHING to do with what you eat or how you exercise.

I mean, yes, nutrition and exercise are very important aspects of weight management BUT there’s something that precedes these two components, and it’s something that, when taken control of, will enable you to have, do, or be anything you want – no matter what it is.

Whether you want to become a millionaire, have a loving relationship or lose weight, there is a fundamental component, that, when taken control of, and when applied correctly, can deliver everything you want in your life. And, on the flipside, when ignored, deliver much frustration, anger, disappointment, fear, and pain as well.

Most of us are unaware of this very first step and therefore we’re constantly reacting to whatever happens to us – the numbers on the scale, the reflection in the mirror, or the steers “we think” people are giving us.

Whatever degree of difficulty your self-image and physical appearance is taking on you, just know that it can all be resolved, handled, and figured-out when you finally take control of this very first step.

Why?

Because it’s the governing force that’s responsible for everything you experience and do in your everyday life.

So… what is this force?

Simple.

It’s your mind…

Now before you click the ‘x’ and exit out of this post, hear me out, because there’s actually scientific evidence behind all of this stuff (and I’m not really one for airy-fairy, esoteric stuff anyway).

The very first step you need to take in regards to losing weight is…

Take control of your thoughts and feelings.

Why?

Because they’re the driving forces behind what you do and experience in your day-to-day life.

Think about it? If you wake up feeling depressed, frustrated, or annoyed, how do you think your day’s gonna go?

More often than not, you’re more likely to snap at the little things that don’t go your way throughout the day instead of just focussing on what you do want.

You’re more likely to get angry at the bad service you received at your lunch bar, snap at the driver who cut you off in traffic – Heck! You’ll most likely be furious that you’re stuck in traffic in the first place.

You see – when you’re in these moods that make you feel sad, depressed, overwhelmed, frustrated or fearful, then you experience these things happening in your life.

You may lose your job, have a nasty break up, or gain weight and lose your self-confidence.

You may let those events rule your thoughts and control your actions.

You may let them control your focus.

And then what happens?

Something else pops up that you weren’t planning on happening and it affects you negatively, even more, this time.

You begin to wonder, “when will this end?” “Why me?” “What did I do to deserve this?” “How can I fix this?”

It’s a self-deprecating, downward spiral and it always leads to frustration and pain.

All because you were focused on the things that made you feel bad in your life.

On the flip-side, if you were to just accept events that happen that don’t make you feel good, and understand that everything will always work out alright – no matter what it is (and trust me, I know this from experience), and try to find some empowering meaning behind it that drives you, motivates you, and inspires you to do things that will make you feel better – you will have a completely different experience than if you were to just focus on the negative.

And this approach can really be quantified by the science of Quantum Physics – the study of really small things, or the study of the essence that makes up our universe.

In quantum physics, scientists have discovered that thoughts can be measured.

Every thought has a frequency that the brain transmits, and those frequencies can be measured by scientists.

And ultimately, these thought frequencies that are measured can be broken down into one thing.

And that one thing is…

Energy.

Everything in this universe, including your thoughts, is a form of energy.

And what scientist have also discovered is that these forms of energy that are transmitted from your thoughts also attract like energy.

So if you’re sitting in traffic thinking about how late you’re gonna be for work, how it’s all the fault of the driver who cut you off and made you miss the light – if you’re thinking thoughts that make you feel angry, frustrated or upset, then, by the laws of quantum physics, you’re going to attract like energy which can come to you in many different ways such as an event, situation, thought, or feeling that will also make you feel angry, frustrated or upset.

That’s why things always seem to get worse, nothing seems to be going your way, and everything seems to be falling apart.

It’s not until you change the energy vibrations that you are putting out into the universe, such as your thoughts and/or your feelings, that things in your life, such as events, situations and circumstances will change.

Sometimes, this is why having a sleep, giving it some time, or just getting out of your toxic environment completely seem to work because they change the energy you’re putting out into the universe.

It’s not until this happens that you begin to see things happening FOR you, and not against you.

But instead of waiting for “time to heal”, or “the sun to rise again”, or “Monday.” Instead of waiting for these natural occurrences to make things better, you can sort things out a lot sooner just by changing it yourself.

How?

Well, that’s for another post.

Just know that whatever has happened to you, or whatever is happening to you, you can achieve your goals no matter what they are, where you’re from, or where you are right now.

Nothing is impossible, and everything is achievable.

The first step to losing weight, no matter how much you want to lose, is to start by taking control of your thoughts and feelings first.

Control your focus, and be mindful of what you’re thinking and how you’re feeling.

Do this first, and I promise that if you find an effective weight-loss program that can help you lose the amount of weight you want, in the timeframe you choose to lose, through a way you think you can do…

If you do this, I guarantee you will finally achieve the weight-loss goals you’ve always desired.

Recognise what isn’t working, but focus on what is.

Think good thoughts and feel good feelings, on a consistent basis, with unwavering faith and absolute certainty, and the universe will move mountains to deliver more of the things that will make you think and feel good.

It’s science.
